Here in the North of Sweden (Norrbottens County) we are certainly not complacent and abide by the government guidelines, but the combination of a sparse population, absence of busy bars & restaurants etc. and the fact that social distancing is a natural part of life up here makes for a pretty safe environment.
In our county of Övertorneå, which is similar in size to Dorset, (2,492 sq km), cases are still extremely low, and we are all working to maintain this situation and we insist any guests feeling unwell with Covid symptoms cancel their stay with us.
Flights schedules are starting to be published for the winter 2021/2022 from the UK and main European airports.
Our terms and conditions for payments, deposits and cancellations for winter breaks have been relaxed. If you are interested in a making a booking, but are understandably reluctant to commit due to the uncertainties over future travel, please still talk to us and we are happy to pencil in dates and share in your excitement for planning a very special treat for when travel may be easier for you.
Thank you everyone and very best wishes to you all,
Paul & Maria
